SmartLinx Solutions Appoints Product and Technology Visionaries to Executive Leadership Team

Michael Plotkin, a 20+ year veteran in technology innovation has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. David Schrader, a seasoned product executive and entrepreneur, joins as Vice President of Product Management and Strategy and is responsible for shaping­­ product vision, user experience, and innovation strategy. Well-aligned with the robust entrepreneurial spirit of SmartLinx, he will leverage his extensive product management and industry expertise to drive the company’s strategic product plan and guide the development of human capital management innovations. The appointments are driven by accelerated company growth across an expanded customer base and reflect the company’s commitment to breaking new ground in human capital management technology.

Michael Plotkin has a long history of technology innovation starting with NeXT where he directed the design and development of innovative large-scale online applications, including the largest e-commerce systems of their time for clients including Dell and Fedex. As Chief Architect at SONY, he delivered a critical collaboration system to enable coordination among 7,000 developers. He has held various CTO roles, most recently at Syncordia Healthcare Solutions, where he helped to transform a healthcare revenue cycle management start-up into a trans-national leader.

As Vice President of Program Management at myList, he was the creator of a demographic and psychographic profiling engine, used by numerous Fortune 500 companies to more effectively reach consumers on Facebook.
