Do it right the first time
The SmartLinx Solutions Implementation Team will work closely with corporate administrators and facility representatives to collect the data necessary for a full and successful acquisition of various pay policies and client facility structures. To make the implementation process as organized and transparent as possible, all resources and status updates are posted online using our Implementation Management System (IMS). The team is led by an implementation manager, a chief training coordinator, and a hardware support specialist, all with a singular goal: to provide you and your associates with painless and straightforward implementations, so that you can “do it right the first time.”
The Implementation process is carried out in six phases:
• Phase I – Project Initiation and timelines
• Phase II – Data acquisition and analysis
• Phase III – Shift differentials and pay rule config. and installation
• Phase IV – Hands on user training
• Phase V – Rule and System Review and Approval
• Phase VI – Parallel Payroll Processing
